I have a tendency to draw flowers, that grow into bunches of flowers, then expand to shrubs. Stress Eating: A Myth???

We’ve heard the term “stress-eating” for years and maybe have even blamed some binges on it ourselves. (Guilty, as charged!) However, according to New York Magazine, the journal Biological Psychology did a study that came up with evidence that points to stress-eating just being a myth. One of the big secret’s to Ellen DeGeneres’ success is that even though she brings in the big, superstar bucks, she is still just like the rest of us in so many ways. I often joke that I haven’t had good hair since moving to Florida a kazillion years ago. Seriously, though, this is getting old. Ever wanted to try your hand at being a mermaid? OK…so maybe we can’t be real mermaids (the closest would be getting a job at Weeki Watchee). But there are some fun make-up & skincare trends this summer that can make us feel more Ariel-like.
